Anita
Office and Human Resources Manager
Your first interaction with D & S may have started with a conversation with Anita Sowell. Anita is our Office Manager. Daughter of Rich Dorsey, Aunt to Brandon and Ryan’s Wife. Anita coordinates the backend of the business. Call intake, scheduling estimates, contract signing, follow up calls after the work is completed, and HR are just a few of the functions she handles. Anita keeps the business running behind the scenes.
Ryan
Founder/CEO
Ryan Sowell is Anita’s Husband, Army Veteran, and Proprietor. Ryan adds the element of corporate leadership experience and working side by side with the client and the team to obtain your desired goal. If your designated project manager is unavailable, give Ryan a call.
Rich Sr.
Estimator / Site Inspector / Education Cordinator/ Coffee Connoisseur
Rich Dorsey AKA “Sr” or “Pop”. Pop is semi-retired after 40 years in the industry. He’ll serve as the project’s knowledge source, site inspector, and project manager. He’s also a connoisseur of coffee and good conversation. So, if you have any thoughts about your project, carpentry, or life in general, offer him a cup and a chance to chat. You can even reach him after hours (no coffee required) Mon, Wed and Fri to discuss your project at. Tues & Thurs are his semi-retired days!
Brandon
Lead Mechanic
Next up is Brandon. Grandson, Nephew, and an all-around respectable gentleman. His attention to detail, ability to conceptually grasp project steps, and lead by example are a few of his greatest strengths. Brandon is willing to go the extra mile for the client. Brandon will serve as your project manager and can be reached at any time if you need to speak with him.
Rajai
Lead Mechanic
Rajai Bey better known as “G” is a very close friend of Brandon’s. G has a background in home improvements which started at a young age as he worked alongside his grandfather learning the trade. G’s previous experience proves invaluable in comprehending how things come together for the final product. G will serve as your project manager and can be reached at any time if you need to speak with him.
Samatha "Sam"
Social Media Manager
Samatha Dorsey or “Sam” is Brandon’s wife. If you checked us out on one of our social media platforms or asked questions on our website, then you’ve been communicating with Sam. Sam handles all things social media. Responding to inquiries, posting before and after photos, and encouraging the social media community see our work firsthand. She wants to introduce ‘the community’ to our entire team like we’re doing with you, right here right now! You’ll find her on our IG, FB and website pages.
